With a focus on strategic People initiatives, I work diligently to implement impactful HR programs that resonate on a national and international scale. I take pride in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, embracing cross-cultural dynamics. My innovative approach and ability to connect with senior stakeholders allow me to consistently achieve measurable results for my clients, ensuring that every project I manage leads to positive transformations in the organisation.


How It All Started
Julie is a CIPD accredited HR Leader, passionate about people engagement, learning and development, succession planning and culture change. A certified coach working with professionals seeking career progression, career change or developing in leadership. Having worked across a variety of sectors including fashion, education and the built environment, the past 8 years within the architectural industry, Julie has now established herself as an independent HR Consultant and Coach based in South West London. As part of an MSc in International Human Resource Management in 2016, Julie initiated a project to explore the factors that affect career progression for women in Architecture. A long-time supporter and advocate for women achieving their full potential in their professions, Julie has, for many years, been coaching, facilitating, and encouraging women through work transitions; seeking promotion, returning to work post a career gap, life stages. Julie is also an active mentor to women in the built environment, delivering talks on career development to university students and seeking to make a difference to underrepresented groups.
